I don't know of any at the moment however, I have a couple of boards in Goa and usually go there once a year or so. The surf isn't the best but it good to get in the water.

Check out THE SHAKA SURF CLUB, started in 2007, by Tushar Pathiyan and Ishita Malaviya. We're based in the small student town of Manipal, in Karnataka, India.
We give surf lessons and also board rentals (provided you surf with us).
The Shaka Surf Club was started mainly to give the students in and around Manipal a chance to experience the awesomeness, that is Surfing!! But, we also welcome people, of all ages, hailing from all places, to come surf with us :) We can even provide non-residents a list of accommodation options in Manipal, depending on your budget.
