Indo surf trip for a beginner in March« on: February 13 2014 04:02:00 »
So I have been planning to come travel to Indonesia during beginning of March. I was thinking Bali but was concerned about the end of the rainy season. Are there any other islands that are more dry? That having been said, I am certainly a beginner surfer. Surfed quite a bit but cannot consistently get up with confidence. Id like to improve! So a place that has waves that will accommodate me is super important. If anyone has any suggestions please help! Budget is not an issue and I'm a solo early 30's traveler. Would love a place with a chill vibe and great looking surfer chicks would be icing on the cake..;)

why don't you google "balangan" beach in bali, there's a surf camp over there, i think the waves is suitable for beginner even tough a reef break. near balangan you can stay in a budget hotel like haris or even rent private villas
