Dont know, but would expect generally small swells and west winds patterns, wouldn't expect garbage to be to much of a problem not a huge population in the area but possibly dirty water in some areas, always chance of ear infections in Indo in dirty water..

Water is cleaner than the east coast of Australia. Have been there and going back September -> October 2014. November is still good but nearing the end of the season.
Lots of breaks to choose from. Fantastic friendly local people.
But be aware this is a very rural area, no Shopping Malls, surf shops, night life. But if you want awesome surf thats just a paddle out you can't go wrong.
