There are a few waves in Central Java, Pangandaran & Pacitan are teh well known spots but there must be 100 breaks alnong there. Baon Beach looks like it could get a wave as does Kukup.Parangtritis might also get something. All worth a look.

Good lucjk and let me know if you find anything along that coast as i will travel there in April

I lived there for a year.
Forget Parangtritis, extremly strong currents, kills you.
Krakal is a good wave, and spots around there. Next is Pacitan (beach) about 4 h from Yogya, than comes Batu Karas a day trip from Yogya.

For sure you find endless breaks down there, but be aware, most of the stuff breaks on sharp reef. Some places have very very strong currents, even if the wave looks perfect like on Parangritis you not gonna make it back to the beach once you are out there.

good luck
