Been there, waves are about as good as Mentawai. Banyaks gets less swell. Simeulue is like Bali in 1960s. Surf everywhere. Enough said, for now. |

I'll be back onboard Bohemian in June for the third time. Also done the Ments, G Land, Bali, North Shore, Porto E, etc. The Banyaks are unreal, the trip out and back through (up to you) the Hinakos and Nias has paid off too, although I'm partial to the more remote and uncrowded Banyaks myself.
