definately, dont expect the best quality though. and if its too much trouble or expense to take your own, use the beach hire boards. they are ok for beginers or people who have little idea about surfing hollow reefs.

Buy a board there...there is a million shops in Kuta, then sell it when you leave. Did this couple times I've been there, and I got great boards

Buy or rent from Lagundri surf shop near Popies 2 or Freeline surf.
