I am flying to dublin for a wedding in july, is it worth throwing in a board? Ill be there for 10 days.

For sure you have a couple hours drive to the good spots either over the west coast or down the south.The wedding is only for a day. have fun

Just so you know we generally don't get very big waves in the summer. It's better earlier in the year. But there are some decent breaks in Bundoran (see the Surf World Bundoran website for a daily report there). Lahinch also has a webcam.

you can get lucky,might as well bring it,tullan strand in bundoran picks up swell and is perfect on a summers day when nowhere else is workin,plus its only bout 3 and half hrs drive from dublin.
