Good surf spots/ accomodation on west coast

Im leaving Glasgow in 2 days to visit Irelands west coast for a week.  Starting around Bundoran and heading south.  Im looking for advice on decent learner breaks and good spots to stay, B&B's, pubs etc.

Id be mucho greatful for any info.

hey, head to lahinch in Clare. Nice begginer break with tonnes of space.
Stay in lahinch hostel on church street it's good and cheap.
O Looneys is the pub. wicked craic wiv all the lads.
