Where is a good surf spot in Ireland in July??

My brother who lives in California wants to go to Ireland in July this year and wants to go somewhere where he can surf?? I was looking at Cork and the west coast can anyone tell me if this is any good??

i would send him to the north west. somewhere like bundoran if he wants awesome surf. also check maybe easkey or sumthin like that

carrowinskey beach in co mayo.good fun and one of the nicest towns in the west westport.currently tidiest town in ireland.
