want a job & surfmates« on: June 10 2005 22:06:00 »
Hi, me and my girlfriend are coming over from New Zealand and want to work in a pub or something and surf as much as possible. Where is the best region for this? Anyone want to give us a job or surf with us? We'll be there for 3 or more months from January 06. Cheers.

good surf spots you can find on the west coast of Ireland. Doneygal Bay has some really good spots.
Don't worry about the job. There are plenty of jobs vacancies at the moment in Ireland.
Just come over and don't forget warm clothes. It can be quiet chilly :-)

yup ye need a visa but if you do a little sniffing around which generally involves going to the local pub you should have no prob getting labourin or pub work under the table..and yeah there are lots of ozzies in the Irish water they love it..but remember big thick wetsuit ;-)
