Surfing in Ireland

I am looking for information about the best place to surf in Ireland in the end of June.  Also, can I rent a surf board and any information on lodging would be very helpful.  I will be arriving in Dublin on June 22.  I see the best surfing is on the west coast, but could use some more information.

Thanks.
