Check out corksurf.com, it has a pretty straightforward weather guide. Or magicseaweed.com and go to the Irish section.

Why do people like you bother logging onto forums like this? The guy's just trying to get help and speak to other surfers, just like most others on this site. In Ireland we have a saying, if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing. Take note and happy surfing.

yeah i use magicseaweed.com its really easy,.to make it easier u can click on surf reports then the  location eg bundoran itll give it a star ratin generally 3 dark stars up will produce fairly good surf,if the stars arent shaded in it means its blown out.

"if you dont know how to find out whether the surf is good you should not be in the water"

That is a fu%king ridiculous comment and you are an absolute idiot. The guy is obviously slightly new to the whole thing and is just looking for some advice. Lay off you twat. Its people like you who ruin the sport for eveyone else.

Try
Magic seaweed is good.

I also check out www.windguru.com
Try this link
<a href="http://www.windguru.com/int/index.php?sc=141">http://www.windguru.com/int/index.php?sc=141</a>

You can compare the wind direction arrows with the wave direction arrows to figure out whether the waves will be pushed over and made messy or held up and stay nice and clean.

The only problem is that there arent many areas in ireland. Try Brandon Bay for general West Coast predictions.

Hope this helps
