As far as I know there are no real surf camps in sayulita, there's a dumpy budget hostel or private houses to rent.

I was there a few months back and they have some places set up on the beach, but only to rent surfboards. The locals will go out with you if you ask and offer some sort of payment. It was super cheap when i was there.
