Surfing near Puebla in July?!

I am going to a town near Puebla in July, and I would like to go surfing as much as possible. I have done some surfing before, but could use some practise on easy waves. Could you tell me where to go? Thanks.

the nearest shore from puebla is veracruz, but is the gulf of mexico and waves are very inconsistent. check the veracruz surfspots at this site
