Looking for a local, non-touristy cheap surf town?

Hi,

I'm looking for a super local, non-touristy surf town to live in for the month of May.  I don't even want access to an ATM!

Anyone have any ideas?

I need walking access to beginner/intermediate breaks as well.

Please hit me up.

Thanks,
Katie
