Fall surf in Mexico« on: July 06 2008 15:07:00 »
I'm looking for a good place to learn to surf from sept.-november. Thinking southern baja, or anywhere easy to get to from Mexico city. How is the surf that time of year? and wheres a decent place to learn, but still find waves to progress with? Thanks!

What kind of waves are you looking for? Heavy beach break? long left points? Heavier beach break? Mushy small waves? Mushy larger waves? Dont go to baja, it sucks plus its dangerous, more so then mainland. Michoacan and Guerro has great spots of all types. Beware of funky shorter period hurricane swells during your travel window. The points like long period southern hemi swells. want info email me. I havent been in a few years but have about a dozen or so trips under my belt.
