Where to stay in La Saladita?

« on: July 02 2009 13:07:00 »

All I can find for places to stay in La Saladita seems to be higher end rentals. Are there any budget/cheap places to stay there other than camping? I just feel there has to be some local guesthouses that aren't on the internet.

Yeah, I camped with some friends under this one resturaunt's palapas for free for a week in 08. I cant remember the name but it might have been Jacqulen or something like that. Unless you like fat, slow waves with no shoulder, I wouldnt recommend Saladita, plus it'll have 50 longboarders from huntington beach on it and then the queen of La Saladita Lordes catching every other good wave left. Have fun.

We usually stay at the House of Waves. Reasonable prices and various different rooms/floors to choose from. Right in front of the break.  They have a website, just google it and you will find the site.  Have fun!
