surfing in morocco in jan is awesome!!! theres some good surf camps, but i really like surf star morocco www.surfstarmorocco.com they showed us (me and my sis and friend) the best spots of the day - there are loads. it depends on your level, experienced intermediate surfers would love banana point, devils rock (close to the surf camp) killer point, boilers, anchor point, and then if the swell is too big, then panaramas and crocs in tamraght.

One of the best budget surf camps in Taghazout I have been to is AdventureKeys. Yes, Surf Maroc, Surf Berbere, DFrost and some others are really good, however, a bit on the pricey side. If you are a budget traveler looking for an economical Surf Holiday, then I would recommend www.adventurekeys.com - spacious, food is great (home made), staff is very friendly and make you feel at home straight away. Its casual, and they like to have fun as well make a good surf experience.
High season is best if you are an intermediate or advanced surfer. Beginners can surf any time of year.
