Hey, I went in Jan15 to Tamraght (neighbouring village to Tagazout) on my own (female 33yo) and it was also my first time to Morocco and surfing. I stayed for 9 days at Surfstar and loved it! Made a few friends too :). You can get hassled, but Surfstar picked me up from the airport and catered for everything. People are super friendly and no problem when you are with locals or people from surf camp (lots travel on their own too). So have fun!
