Surfing north morroco in the beginning of march

hey.
i want to surf morocco for 2 weeks in the beginning of march. so is there somebody who know something about the waves and wind in this time. i heard about strong winds which damag something... but i am not sure.
also very helpful would be some information about the watertemperatur.
