There is a guy named Kareem. He was referred to me by a UK surfer named Danny who has a very expensive surf camp/adventure thing north of Agadir.

Anyway, Kareem is way cheaper- like $20 bucks a night?  It includes 2 meals, surfing all day, and shelter. He'll also take care of your airport transfers.  He's a local and his crew is great. I had a great time there for 2 weeks a couple years ago.

I think you can find out more at surfmaroc or morocsurf.com .... if you ask around-> you won't miss him.

Thx very much for the info, cose that's why i'm looking for, a local surfer that can take me to the spots and also discover some of there culture. about surf maroc and morocsurf, i've heard that it's better to not go with them if you want to surf spots like anchor point or boilers, as they seem to not be liked to bring many people at once to the spots. do you have any contact of Kareem? Have you heard of AFRICA EXTREM?

Morocco has a very good surf during winter, but it's starting to be a little bit busy (not as busy as on a normal fistral day) last year i stayed with surf Maroc, the accomodation wasn't so bad, but i prefered to go to surf alone, to escape the tentions with the locals. Beeing blond in Morocco doesn't help much with the locals, especialy if you are going out 10 at same time.
i will go back this year again as i scored one of the best surf in my life, but i will stay in Agadir and take a local surf guide to pick me up for the surf everyday.
i will be going down to Morocco early december till Jan 14th
