Campervaning around NZ« on: March 19 2010 08:03:00 »
So myself and a couple buddies will have 2 weeks to cover as much ground and catch as many waves as possible this coming June...
We are thinking about renting from Wicked Campers. Has anyone had any experiences renting from them? or can recommend another company to use?
And it is my understanding that there are no shortage of camping facilities close to great waves in NZ. But any recommendations on locations or places to stay would be greatly appreciated.

i've just been touring around australia in a hired camper...heard bad things about wicked campers so went with jucy campers instead
the van was good...not the coolest looking van in the world (looked more like a bright green people carrier) but it did the job +i fitted my 7ft4 mini mal in the back while driving +stored it under the van at night :o)
have just arrived in new zealand so don't have any tips on locations just yet
