nicaragua land anyone?« on: March 03 2006 19:03:00 »
My partner and I are in the process of having civil engineer plot lots on two large ocean view/front parcels of land overlooking great wave and near many others up North where it's still not crowded. Anything in Nicaragua will go fast, give me a line if you're interested. Will be gated community with electricity and water. Overall we will have about 50 lots- great time to get in.

send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll give you more details. Some really good waves in the area that still are rarely surfed.

This is BS, these are Steve's "friends". Up North, wow Steve, that area is controlled by the Drug Cartels, no services, no nada. What a HUCKSTER.

Margie, you can bash me all you like, but as others have posted, please refrain from bashing Nicaragua when you've never been there. There are many Nicas who are benefitting from surfers coming down and other tourists. They create jobs that Nicas need to survive. This is the poorest Latin American country except for Haiti, and when you spread negativity about the country, you hurt Nicaraguans. Like I said, take all the shots at me you like...I'll be ok and am big enough to handle it, but don't hurt the locals with inflammatory comments about their country. Nicas are poor but incredibly proud and would take offense at your remarks.
