My name is Bryce and I own Giant's Foot Surf in Playa Gigante, Nicaragua. The waves in Southern Nicaragua are good in June, and it is the beginning of the rainy season, so things start to cool off a bit.
Camps like ours that take you from the lodge to the breaks by boat several times a day. GFS is an all inclusive camp, so all food, drinks, accommodations, boat trips, and airport transfers are built into the price.
You can check out our site at http://www.giantsfoot.com
Good luck with your search, Nicaragua is a great place.
