I have heard El Sal is sick, i want to get there this spring!  You should list your place on our site!  its free, and if you did want more you can upgrade and make a web site for the listing and link it to your blog!  Either way we would love to have more people in El Salvador on-board.  Let me know i can help....But if you are thinking of going to Nicaragua we got it pretty dialed, so fun!

You will found better surf conditions in el salvador. I have a good plan on punta mango  East Salvador
Housing at two minutes from the spot.
I'm back from Punta Mango and it's a great spot where you can surf alone!
Rent your house directly on the spot (10$ a night). And more operate the local market.
The road is good and the locals are very welcoming. No crime and vegetation is lush. Hiking, horse riding, local produce .... people offer many services.
Look at this :

Was in El Salvador  last summer, got soo much stuff stolen, dirty water and bad vibes in the waves from 'locals'.

Avoid El Salvador.
