Sorry, still haven't been found any spots good enogh. maybye if you go midwinter in a boat along the cost... but, unfortunately no surf available

Hve seen decent waves breaking on the norhern edge of Vanna. Drive to Ringvassøya and take the ferry to Vannøya.

Is Grotfjorden a consistent surf spot that recieves good/average swell.

Just surfed at a place called Senje, it's the biggest island in the Tromso area. 4 -5 foot right hand point break, just around the corner from a beach called Ersfjord which also has waves. It's about a 2 hour drive from Tromso city, but it's totally worth it. Much better than Grotfjord..Just check the weather for storms approaching, I camped overnight and woke up to a very nice suprise..
