surfing in February« on: January 14 2006 10:01:00 »
My bf & I are looking for somewhere to stay where the waves are good for beginners. it's not too touristy and I'd love if there was yogs nearby. I was in Nosara costa rica last year and it was perfect, but I'd like to try a new place.
Any suggestions? How is the weather & swell in Feb?
Thanks for the help.

Lookin' for roughly the same thang. Thinkin' Pacific Coast. Any ideas for the best beginner to intermediate breaks on that coast? A solid place to hang a hammock would also be key. Thanks.

Hey, I'm actually looking to go with a friend in Feb. too (right around the corner!) Have you guys heard anything back about where to go (Pacific would be my bet) and if the waves are good for newbies?

I'm yet another person with the same question but for MARCH. I received an email from Mark Rush of www.dragoadventures.com that the Carrribean is FLAT during March. I'd like to get a confirmation on this. But given his reply, I'm thinking more and more about going to Santa Catalina instead of Boco del Toro. John
