Where exactly is the Point

I´ll be in >Costa Rica this summer.
And maybe I want to go to Panama and the Point looks quite well,but where exactly is the Point.
Where are some other surfspots close to Costa Rica (access by bus?)

The points I surf are all in Western Panama in towns called San Carlos,Punta Barco, and Chame all in a 10 km trip, If you are coming from Costa Rica on bus it will take you about 8 hours to get here, but the names of the spots are El Palmar which has a great rock bottom point break that goes right at high tide and then there is Rio Mar which has a point and it is also rock bottom and it is a great right plus left at low tide, then the famous Playa Teta which has a point as well. All of the beaches accept Teta have signs at the entrance so they are easy to find.
