surf sports / accomodation in July

hey .. we are thinking of visiting Panama in july .. we are looking for intermidiate type waves  .. bout 5...6 footers ..
could anyone tells us where the best spots would be ... and if july is a good season for surf ( will there be consistent breaks >/?? ) would also need a place to stay and rent a board .... we NEED all the information we can get ..

If there is some swell from the south, the Panama Province around Punta Palmar, Rio Mar, and Playa Malibu should be fine. The coolest and consistent area is on the Azuero Peninsula, but it gets big out there (and no board rentals)-------Check out the area around San Carlos/Playa Palmar- got boards and waves
