Surf Lessons in Panama January 2011

I am coming to Panama for two weeks in mid-January with my gf and a three friends.  Most of us are beginners and two haven't surfed before.  We are wanting to surf for 3-5 days, and get lessons so we can improve.  Where is a good spot with consistent swells that we can learn?  Decent prices wouldn't hurt either.  Hostels? Cheap lessons? etc.

VeraguasTours.com is run by a guy named Oli. They have deals sometimes with rental boards and instruction, you have to ask though. We went to Coiba w/ him and his brother last year.

You need to call Flor at Panama Surf School or visit her website www.panamaop.com.  She is located in El Palmar which is in the dry arc of Panama so the weather is awesome.  Plus she is EXTREMELY knowledgable about all the best surf spots in Panama & will take you there.
On her website she does offer places to stay as well.
