Panama Surfing

Hey guys, I was hoping someone could give me some good advice. I will be in Panama for business in early January. I am hoping to get two to four days of free time while I am down there. I saw the temps were in the upper 70's lower 80's (I am assuming wet-suits are needed for the Pacific side and not Atlantic side??).

Can anyone recommend a decent surfing spot that is accessible (I am willing to do some bus travel if needed) from Panama
City? Also, how hard is it to rent a board at these places?

Thanks for the advice!

Dan

Bring your 4/3 with hood and thick booties.  gloves are optional.  it gets really cold in winter.
