Best way to get to Mancora
« on: November 03 2015 20:11:00 »What's the best way to get to Mancora? Through Lima or the nearest airport in Equador?
Is it easy to get boards there?
Thanks! Rui

Lima has some very good overnight busses with flat bed seats, take 20 or so hours but is comfortable.
Last few times I flew from Lima to Piura, and then a 3 hour taxi to mancora

What were the costs, ad in your opinion the easiest/cheapest route. If you were to do it again, which would you go. Im very limited for budget so dont want to pay a fortune on surfboard cargo fees. @jorge Is it decent to fly to Lima and connect to talara? Are you aware of any taxes on boards? Thanks guys, appreciate the advice. Need to book soon.
