Well sounds like a good life I did the same for six years in Peru. Peru goes off all year but mainly southern to the middle of the country. Lima offers a whole lot but the season is changing and the north will start to break as soon as you see Hawaii and California start getting N or WNW swells. Ecuador is also another place to check while your in northern peru. Mantanitez I believe is a right hand break. Also check out wannasurf and wetsand.com for more good info. While big winter swells are still pumping you may want to catch some late season swell in Lima. California is to be 10-15 ft this week?
