Room for rent in Lima« on: March 17 2009 10:03:00 »
I am looking to rent one room from two bedroom home. My name is Gloria, I just moved from San Francisco. I lived down there over 15yrs. I was an international student in SFAI.
I own a small, cozy clean house in Lima. I have an internet access, a person comes to clean once a week and I have all the facilities to make your stay comfortable
My house is located very close to San Isidro, 3 blocks from the ocean, close to organic supermarket, safe area. I can rent per day, week or month. I am asking for 20$ per day, 100$ per week and 300$ per month. If you are interested let me know, also if you need more information, pictures are available. Also I would like to know a little bit about yourself.
For more info, pictures and availability check my blogg:http://limarentals.blogspot.com/
Best from here,

i am traveling to Peru June 17th-July16th. I am not sure of my agenda as of yet as I was supposed to have a travel partner but their plans just fell through. I would possibly be interested in the room for a week to get acclimated to the area....I want to head up to the Trujillo area but am unsure at this point when.
Or...maybe you have a recommendation of a place to stay...surfer friendly. I am looking to hopefully find travel partners. I am from Portland so we would have the nw in common :)

Could you please let me know if it is still available? I would be happy to send you more information as required.

I am a Canadian journalist who has spent some time in Lima and am returning in Sept of 2010 for up to 5 months. I am hoping to find somewhere quiet and safe I can use as a home base as I am traveling and writing. I will be in Lima writing about development issues. If your rate is 300$ for the studio and it is available for the months of Sept - Dec or January can you please email me.
Thanks and Hasta Luego!
