Right on the point at Mancora is Hotel las olas, alright accomodation, reasonable price.
Or if you want something extra, go to Samana chakra, Fantastic food, great rooms etc.

2 water currents run very close to mancora, 1 day it can be springsuit, 20 miles south you might need a 3/2 fullsuit.
best to bring both.

Hello, I recommend you another beach near mancora called "Puntal Sal". It´s a more quiet and private beach especially it you are travelling with your family and it has the same waves as Mancora. In Punta Sal you can find Caballito de Mar hotel (www.hotelcaballitodemar.com), I think it´s the best combination of price and facilities and the owners are surfers too!! .
If you need transfer from airport Jorge Chaves (in lima) to hotel, I recommend visit www.trasladoejecutivoperu.com or http://www.trasladoejecutivoperu.com/home/transfer-to-and-from-jorge-chavez-international-airport
