The chicama surf resort is good with the boat transfers and 3 meals, but not cheap at around 150 USD per day. Next door Chicma beach hotel is aroun 35-50 dolars per night for a comortable rooms, but not boat service or meals

Does anyone know if there is a bus option to Chicama from Trujillo? Or if taxi, approximate cost?

Just saw the boat situation:( if you rent this service your a KOOK, sorry just thats the way it is

Might be a kook, but you'll catch 5 times more waves

I didnt rent the boat service the few days I was there and now I regret it. The walk along the beach once you finish the last section is like more than 1km walking on the sun (you dont want to paddle back), which is not that bad the first two times you do it. Plus you see the boat guys get 5 times more waves as they said
