can i rent moto at west coast of luzon? i'm going to stay at around la union.is there any transport to spot?

there are lots of rides around and into la union. just try asking the locals, they are very freindly and they assist surfers very kindly......

If you have pesos, you can do anything you want.  Renting a motor bike will be no problem.  Probably in the range of 150-350 pesos a day but don't hold me to it.  Theres always a lot of trikes or motorbikes to take you around as well.

there is one place in san fernando, unfortunately i forgot the name of it... they have 3 different bikes. the honda rxm (or a similar name) which you can rent almost everywhere in the philippines for 400 php, a motocross bike for 600php and a cruiser for 800 php. all per day.
its close before san fernando when you come from manila on the rigth side. i heard its the only place in that area to rent one...
