The Philippines is a really good spot for surf. You and your GF will be fine here. The people that frequent this site are arseholes and cunt was the best word to use for that cunt before. The only problem you will have here is that the people here are so dumb (even the ones that claim to be educated). Other than that, just be careful of your belongings (as they are thieves in nature). To answer your question, try Baler if you are flying to Manila, or Siargao and Samar if you fly into Cebu. The locals in Manila are newbies to surfing and have a severe inferiority complex. Have fun.

Okay Daryl aka "tourist with a lot of money".
The only thieves that take advantage of Manila newbies are people like you who preach that they are the answer to Philippines being a surf destination. The actual fact is that you are here to suck money out of naive Manila newby surfer wannabes and will never admit it.
Daryl, if you were doing something good, people would have noticed it by now. You are just another wannabe perpetrating surf instructor trying to make a peso to pay for your lifestyle that has no contribution to any country's society.

You are so bitter about nothing. I have nothing against filipinos as a whole. But there are a few that are like what the tourist with money says. If you read the other attacks on me, it is clear that it is from the same person using an alias. I have nothing to hide, it is obvious he does. Get on with your business and I will with mine.
