Both. Thicker for you to float more which results to easier paddling; wider, for more balance... also results to easier paddling

If you feel like, take a look at sincways surfschool and learn how to master the waves with your board =)

I had a real small Heart and Soul Board from Byron and it was a lot easier to duck dive in power surf. More volume will push you back but good in small surf.
An expoxy board will be a lot easier to paddle. ( But shape is still important) It seems to me channels make a board easier to paddle. I had a Blue Star Hawaii what used to sink if I sat on it but woul d paddle real good once one started to paddle . So right shape is the real key. Release off tail etc.

I have a nice  buttplug that hasnt got much volume and another thats got heaps of volume. Both are fun to use most days but the biggest one sometimes can be a problem when i walk around a lot and talk to my boss etc.
Maybe if you are lucky i will give you a go of them.

Hey Adam Evans, you should try ATM = Ass To Mouth, it works best when you're an Aussie.

I went to the Auto Teller it didn't have anyting to say
I went to the Auto Teller it didn't have anything to tell me
It didn't have a soul
It couldn't give me a spiritual goal
You carn't serve God and money
So the man from Easter said
It's just some are so easily led
Yeah Jesus wasn't really dead
