Where to learn how to surf in April??« on: March 28 2010 22:03:00 »
I'm flying to Philippines for couple of weeks in end of April and I'm looking for a chilled out, nice place where to continue my learning how to surf. I've been recommended to go to Baler, Aurora - can I find waves there in April? If not, where would be good place to go?

For beginners, the waves in San Juan La Union is enough even if you use long board but is not that great. Been there early this month and the pleasant time to surf would be in the afternoon as tide swells a little higher.

I'll be going to PI late April to early May. I'll be mostly staying around Quezon city. I'll also be staying in Boracay for a few nights.
Which surf spots will be breaking during this period? I'm an intermediate to experienced surfer.
