heyy evrybody I'm going to portugal at the end of march and I want to know which places r the best there at this time for more or less beginners? and what about renting a surfboard? can i rent it and give it back after 8 days? just a board nothing else I dunno please help!

you won't have any problem on renting a surfboard. You if you intend to go on a roadtrip and rent a campervan in Portugal check http://portugalbyvan.wordpress.com/ maybe it got what your looking for.

Head to Ferrel/Baleal area. Check out Surf Castle and/or Baleal Surf Camp.

If you want to rent a spot in portugal, you have to see the website www.portugalsurfhouses.com. In here you can choose the best house for you, and surf in the best spots in portugal.

At the end of March you already can pick some stable mid size swells that hit perfectly the Lisbon region and Peniche. Both regions are very suitable for beginners cose they have long extension beaches and various alternatives to get rid of the crowd and have epic surf.
