Surf trip near Coimbra first week of April 2007« on: February 11 2007 12:02:00 »
I'd like to use my holidays trying to get back on the wet board (I took some lessons years ago when I was leaving in SF, CA).
Do anyone have some recommendations about spots and schools in the area? I read that it is mainly expert spots around there...
I'll be there from the 1st to the 6th of April 2007.
PS: I unfortunately don't speak any portuguese but english, french and spanish are ok...

I´m thinking going to this area during same time you plan to go. I´ll be in the Ericeira coast from 1st of April to 9th, but I´m not really sure about the time. I dont know very much about the ericeira coast but I have checked different surf pages and you can choose between a lot of spots with differents levels.
The beaches in this area are cool and if you go to peniche you are be able to find awesome spots like Supertubos.
Tell me where are you gonnna stay, I think to go campings or bungalows around there. I dont practice surf but I love to see how people do it....the times I´ve been doing something it has been bodyboarding and bodysurf but right know I dont have the board
I speak in spanish and english ( better spanish as you can suppose ,jajja).

Yeah I was wondering why it disappeared! Anyway drop me a line if you need any more information. I'm in contact with some local bodyboarders so I'll be able to tell you where the best waves are - because it's beach breaks the location of the best waves is always changing. I might even tell you about a few secrets! firstname.lastname@example.org
