The LIsbon coast is the best at that time of year as the swell hits it form all kinds of directions so there are always spots to surf! Let me know if I can help more and I will get back to you. Have fun!

Portugal is great in summer.... good waves and hot weather. The northen coast is my favourite, specially close to Oporto. We have uncrowded beaches, excelent party and a terrific atmosphere.
