Surf the Algarve

Hi,

Im off to the algarve soon, fancied learning to surf. Can anyone suggest anywhere good to go as a newbie. I fancied maybe getting a lesson or two as i don't have my own stuff.

Hi, guess you might already be gone, I'm in a similar situation, would like to camp out, do some surfing n walking, am pretty newto surfingmyself but know I love it! let me know if you're about, I'll be there as of 23rd. eva

i just landed in lisbon..  looking for some others to hang out surf..  maybe get soem accom at a surf camp..  peniche or algarve..

im fron san francisco,  interm surfer..

hey!just came today from portugal,surfing for 1,5 months. Carrapateira in algarve is great,also sagres. If you're going north from Lisabon, Penishe or Ericeira is great, but might be crowded now.I wish you as much fun as I had!I love surfing and hope you will do it too!!
