Chill Village with Waves in August« on: December 05 2008 11:12:00 »
Hi. I'm looking to spend August in Portugal catching some waves. I'm hoping to find a chill village/town where I can rent a room and walk to the beach. I'm going to be doing some writing, so I'm looking for a relaxed place where I can surf in the morning, write during the day, surf in the evening, and hang out a bit at night.
As for waves, I'm not after anything crazy. Some nice cruisy rides would suit me fine.

In August one of the best options to get some waves is Ericeira, see if you like my house, 10 minutes from beaches but in a very quiet place.
www.casadaadega.blogs.sapo.pt, but there are some rooms to rent and the camping in the village too.
Other option is Peniche, very cool place and good to surf also.
If you need more info get in touch, i´m glad to help.
