Camp grounds in Portugal

Hi fellow shredders, i am thinking of doing portugal by camp van with my girlfriend,(jan-feb) are there many camp sites around, if so what region is more set up with camping sites eg. showers, camp kitchen etc. i was thinking of going north of Lisbon..but nothins set in stone, i'm experienced surfer from oz so don't need the surf school thing.. stay tubed !

I used this site, www.rvlinks.com when i went to NZ,its world wide site, as usual though, once you're there you can't beat the good ol word of mouth , but this site was cool enough to get a rough heads up.. and if you're going feral which with your girlfriend i doubt , some of the links include free camp sites... i found almost everyone including the old pensioners knew where the next camp ground with a surf spot was, god bless em'..gotta love the kiwis ..hope that helps ya a bit

Cool site cheers, clicked on parks & campgrounds there was a massive variety of international camp grounds.. winner !
