Hi Maya
Around Lisbon you have many beaches, and working with different swells.
You have Ericeira ( the surf capital, were i live ), Carcavelos, Guincho, Praia Grande ( Sintra ), and a bit north, Peniche.
I also have a house to rent, see it at www.casadaadega.blogs.sapo.pt, and if you need lessons i can give you some contacts of schools.
If you need more info, just ask.
Good waves

Hi Maya,
Between Ericeira and Peniche ( 60 km far from Lisbon ),
you can find Santa Cruz, a small village, with several km of beautifull beach breackes, and not so crowdy as Ericeira or Peniche - ideal for beginners -
It opens a new surf camp there. Look at www.santacruzsurfacademy.com.
See you
Teresa
