RE: Water temp end of June early July?« Reply #1 on: June 29 2009 10:06:00 »
Depends on the wind.. if it blows strong for a few days from the north, the water goes quite cold (16/17 º). If it blows from the south, despite risking some raindrops, the water warms up (18/19 º). Last 3 days, for example, surfed on boardshorts as the water was real soup.

I recon.... so, thats true the water temperature now its really warm around 19º-21º. Normaly we have to use a 3/2 mm wetsuit, short leg/arms... but the most important are the surf conditions, no matter if is cold or not mate, just come and bring a 3/2 mm wetsuit and enjoy your surf! more information about weather, click straight on www.windguru.com or www.magicseaweed.com, they are always actualizing. by the way... welcome to www.alentejosurfcamp.com - Milfontes- Malhão beach in southwest Portugal.
