So two friends and I are thinking of going to Portugal this June after graduation. None of us have ever surfed before, but they are much more interested in the parties, nightlife etc .. but I kind of want to learn how to surf. So is there a beach or a hostel that offers both? I don't want to attend a surf camp. The best option would be to find a hostel on or near the beach that is close to good parties and also close to some casual surf lessons.

HI there, I know a great spot for you to do both. You do not have to stay at a camp with designated dates of arrival / departure, surf lessons in groups etc. I can help you with anything you need, so just email me and I can send you some information and more details. Hope to hear from you soon
