Any surfing in the Inner Hebrides?« on: January 13 2006 09:01:00 »
I know there are some great surf spots on the Outer Hebs, but is it possible to surf the Inner Hebs? I think I've read that Tiree is a possibility, but what about Mull? (Most interested in Mull since I'll definitely be staying there this year, but also Rum, Eigg, Coll, Skye as I could easily island hop) Thanks!

It would be worth your while spending a bit more time/money and take a trip to outer islands. you might find some waves on inner islands but there has to be a large swell. outer islands are more consistant and you are likley to get the best beachbreak wave you have ever surfed in the UK!
